Laura Holland
Case Manager
Laura has over 14 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, and qualified as a Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) in 2016. Laura has gained a broad range of experience working in a variety of NHS and private settings, involving working with people with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, and in spinal and brain injury rehabilitation; before moving into case management, Laura worked in a dedicated private inpatient neurorehabilitation facility, providing care to and managing the treatment of individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries.
Laura joined the BPJ Case Management team in 2023, to further build her experience and skills in the field of independent multi-trauma and catastrophic injury rehabilitation, bringing with her a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by our clients and their families.
Laura is a Registered Practitioner Member of British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM), a Registered Nurse with The Nursing and Midwifery Council, and a member of the Royal College of Nursing. She has extensive experience in safeguarding, assessment and care planning and is the medication lead for BPJ.
