BPJ Case Management is a growing, ambitious and driven independent case management company providing specialist case management services to people who have sustained an acquired brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and other serious injuries or polytrauma.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced case manager to join our expanding team; we are looking for a professional with a minimum of 2 years case management experience, and qualified and registered in a field including social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy or psychology to fulfil this role.
We are seeking dynamic individuals with the following:

Professionally qualified and registered with their relevant professional regulatory body

A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in their respective field

A minimum of 2 years case management experience, working with individuals recovering from and/or living with long term disabilities, injuries or impairments, which may include brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, amputation, or other neurological conditions.

Analytical and detail-focused thinking style, and able to consider multiple and often competing factors

Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple challenging situations

Excellent report writing and effective communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships quickly and the ability to work effectively with both clients and professionals

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team

Excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines

IT literate, and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check in line with our safe recruitment policy. A full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle is essential; part of the role of a case manager is to travel reasonable distances to visit clients in their own homes, attend meetings and occasional networking events. Therefore, a degree of confidence in driving longer, sometimes unfamiliar journeys is required. Training and supervision will be provided to the successful candidate.
