Charlotte is a Business Manager with over 13 years experience of managing companies associated with the delivery of care and case management and expert witness services, and is a founding partner of BPJ Case Management. Prior to forming BPJ, Charlotte held the position of Registered Manager for a CQC Registered case management company, which achieved an overall "Outstanding" rating under her stewardship.
Charlotte has a background in Local Authority Social Services, previously working in a generic Emergency Duty Team (EDT), supporting children and adults in crisis, covering all disciplines including Mental Health, Child Protection, Children in need, clients with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Charlotte has developed extensive knowledge in the brain injury case management and medico-legal fields, and has an excellent reputation for delivering the highest quality service to both referrers and clients.
